Meet Keemorah Simon
Born and raised in the beautiful US. The Virgin Islands, I, Keemorah Simon, relocated to the mainland to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts with a concentration in Baking and Pastry from Hudson County Community College (HCCC) in New Jersey.
During my time at HCCC, I learned the necessary skills that further fueled my passion in the baking and pastry industry. After successfully completing my Associate Degree in the concentration mentioned above, I had the opportunity to work at various bakeries in the New Jersey/New York area for four enlightening years.
With the experienced I gained; I officially launched my business here in Louisiana. I look forward to sharing my passion and talent with you through my treasured delights.
